What is Hospice?
Life Source Services Hospice provides hospice care in northern New Jersey. Life Source is licensed & accredited by The Joint Commission. Because hospice is a way of caring for seriously ill patients, the Life Source Services hospice teams provide care to each patient in his or her home, whether that is a private residence, nursing home or assisted living facility.
Life Source Hospice uses state-of-the-art, innovative medical treatment and equipment to manage your patient’s symptoms.
Our diverse, expert staff works together with your staff for continuity. If your patient’s have special requests regarding family visits, practical or spiritual concerns, we will do all we can to help them fulfill those needs.
